The reveal trailer shows a world, and deliberately not a game
Eighty-four cinematic seconds with a work-in-progress notice, no interface and no footage of anyone playing.
The reveal trailer runs one minute twenty-four seconds and is entirely cinematic: no interface, no skill bar, no health globe, not one frame of anybody playing.
What it is for
A reveal trailer answers one question — what world is this — and this one answers it: an East Asian setting rather than the gothic European one this genre defaults to. That is also the thing the developers have said most consistently about the game.
What it is not evidence of
Nothing in these eighty-four seconds tells you how the game plays. Camera distance, encounter size, ability timing and interface are all absent by design, and reading any of them off a cinematic is guessing. The work-in-progress notice is not boilerplate either: it is the studio saying that these frames are not a promise about the finished look.
For play, the five-minute gameplay video is the only material that shows any, and this site has written down what is actually in it.
