The short answer
The game will ship in English and Korean only — interface, voice and subtitles. No Russian and no Ukrainian localisation has been announced.
This page is in Ukrainian, Russian and English anyway, and the reason is the question itself: people asking whether a game will be in their language are asking in that language, and answering them only in English answers everyone except the people who wanted to know.
What "not announced" means and does not mean
It means no more and no less than this: at announcement, two languages were listed. It is not a refusal — nobody has said a third language will never happen — and language lists for games two years from release routinely grow. It is also not a promise, and nothing published so far gives any ground for expecting one.
The store listing is the place where this would change first, silently, without an announcement. A language quietly appearing on a listing is one of the few genuinely reliable early signals in this business.
What this site does about it
Publishes in all three languages, and keeps this page current. Class names here are given with their Korean form because English forms of them already differ between publications, and a translated name invented on this site would be a third variant nobody else uses.
